Flowers remind us that life is beautiful.  Each year after the snow and ice and drab of winter, flowers never fail to emerge and brighten our lives.  It is fun to paint flowers and try to capture a little of that beauty.  If we succeed,  that beauty captured in paint can help us survive the dark times.  Come to see Flower Power in the Garrett Gallery and visit with the artists, Ed McCartan and Tim Banks.
