Found Objects - Reassembled is a collection of assemblages made from objects gathered by 4 area artists: Barbara Bean and Ann Slocum from Points of View Artists and their friends Nan McCurrach and Pat Spock. These whimsical combinations of ordinary objects tell interesting stories of their own, using common objects like sheet music, childrens blocks, game pieces, and ordinary tools. As an added bonus, some are even working clocks.
A reception for the artists will be held on Friday, August 17, from 5 to 7 pm. Don't miss this show! It is only up for a short time - and you know how time flies!
